It’s nearly the end of summer and for me, the first thing that comes to mind is flu and bad eating habits. I am also starting my postgraduate studies and my breaks are not long enough to go to the canteen to buy some food. So, I need to take my own food and i thought a pudding would be appropriate to take since i do not need to warm it. I also wanted something super easy and quick to make.
I usually have chia seeds, which has lots of health benefits but in small quantities. I wanted to make a pudding which was nutritionally dense but also delicious. So decided to try chia seeds with some Bui smoothies and the results were amazing.
After experimenting with measurements, I finally perfected the recipe.
1 bottle of Bui Smoothies - 250ml
30g of chia seeds
(optional) 1 ts honey or sweetener of your choice
Handful if strawberries for topping
Handful of granola for topping
Combine the chia seeds with the baobab smoothies.
Stir thoroughly and leave overnight in the fridge.
You should get a pudding like texture in the morning.

Add your strawberry and granola topping
